With years of experience in leadership, team building, and program development, Jennifer understands what it takes to create meaningful success. She is committed to fostering courage, assertiveness, resilience, and strategic thinking in those she counsels—guiding them to unlock their full potential.
Jennifers life story has been shaped by her 3 children, her 53 moves (!) and her diverse career.
Jen has lived in a variety of Canadian provinces as well as the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has also traveled Europe and resided in both Italy and Switzerland. Jennifer spent twenty-nine years as a Registered Nurse. She has experience as a patient care provider in Women’s and Newborn Health and a Facilitator for the Quality Resource Department at the IWK in Halifax, NS. Jen also spent seven years in a college setting as an Instructor and an Education Advisor for the Practical Nurse Program.
Now, Jen is channeling her expertise into educating and mentoring individuals on their entrepreneurial path, helping them navigate challenges and build purpose-driven businesses. Jennifer is a salesperson in Real Estate and a Certified Staging Specialist. She loves attending networking events, presenting at conferences and surrounding herself with genuine people. Authentic, consistent, and deeply invested in the achievement of others, Jennifer is here to support and inspire growth at every stage of the journey.
As the Director of Growth and Development at R.E.A.L. Consulting, Jen’s focus is on building community relationships and teaching Mindset Mastery. Her coaching includes topics such as the power of positivity, gutsy goal setting, confident communication, becoming an empowered entrepreneur, the foundation of a growth-oriented mindset, and the psychology of high-level performers…equipping individuals with the tools they need to succeed

Administrative / Marketing Coordinator Megan excels at coordinating day-to-day administrative functions while contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies. Passionate about driving results, Megan thrives in collaborative environments and is always eager to learn new strategies to help the team succeed. She is committed to contributing to the growth and success of the company by ensuring that operations are efficient and marketing efforts are impactful. In addition to coordinating day-to-day administrative functions and supporting marketing initiatives, Megan leverages her background in supply chain management to streamline processes, improve workflows, and optimize functionality. When Megan is not in the office, you’ll likely find her outdoors—hiking, exploring or just getting some fresh air. She believes great marketing is part strategy, part creativity—and a little inspiration from the things we love!
