David resides in Moncton, NB where he decided to retire after his military career. Entering the real estate field and excelling at the technology both third party and broker owned. He now trains other agents in these technologies including FaceBook marketing. He felt the calling to enter real estate in 2016, earning Sales Achievement in 2017 and 2018 with Royal LePage Atlantic. Later joined Keller Williams Capital Realty in 2019 and was awarded the “Commander” award for his extensive use and promotion of the KW CRM system. David has excelled since and has started levelling up with the hire of an Executive Assistant.

 He continues to grow and achieve his annual goals resulting in doubling his business year over year. David believes strongly in personal service and ensuring his transactions are relationship-based and strives to instill it in his future hires. 

 David has already fallen into the mentoring role within his Market Center by teaching new agents 3 times a week in person.
